This outfit will work if you have an event to go to that's not too formal, but you still want to get a little dressed up. Wear some slouchy black trousers with a pretty sequined top and layer on a soft gray cardigan. Then add some wedged shoes and a sleek cuff bracelet to create a dressy NYE look.
