Style at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival

After taking a multitude of cinema classes over the last year, I've become interested in all kinds of film festivals. That's why I've been scoping out all the pictures and articles for one of the most well-known festivals-- Sundance.

Every year, tons of celebs make the pilgrimage to Utah in order to promote or view the best in independent films. Of course, the celebs also didn't disappoint in the wardrobe department and gave us plenty of fashion eye-candy to check out while we're stuck at home. Plus, since it's always frigid in Utah this time of year, there's also plenty cold-weather fashion inspiration.

Here are five of my favorite looks from Sundance:

Kate Bosworth

Kate donned a sort of grungy-meets-girly look with some plaid earmuffs, scuffed-up boots and feminine dress. I really like the Chartreuse color of the dress-- it would brighten up even the dreariest of days.

Demi Moore

I love, love, love Demi's boots-- so perfect for cold weather. She stuck with a fairly soft color palette and her lavender bag is absolutely gorgeous.

Elizabeth Olsen

Mary-Kate and Ashley's little sis Lizzie has been garnering lots of buzz about her great fashion sense at Sundance. This was one of my favorite looks she wore at the festival. I love how she added pretty and colorful accessories to make her stand out in the otherwise all-black ensemble.

Liv Tyler

Liv showed that wearing all neutral outfit can be chic, stylish and sophisticated. I really like how she broke up the monotony of the fabrics by adding some pretty textured tights.

Zooey Deschanel

Zooey was another celeb who donned cozy earmuffs at Sundance. She always looks adorable, but I especially love her ladylike, vintage-inspired swing coat. Zooey also improvised and used some Jacquard rainboots as snowboots.
